What problem does it solve?

Onboarding teams struggle to design scalable, segment-specific GTM onboarding programs. This Skill provides structured playbooks, welcome sequences, milestone tracking, and health scoring to shorten time-to-value.

Quick Start

Run the /gtm-onboarding command to begin. If onboarding_playbooks.json does not exist, the system will start Phase 1 discovery from scratch; otherwise you can choose refinement mode. The process will load ICP, pricing, deal intel, and project context to produce segment-specific playbooks and welcome sequences, then persist results to data/gtm/onboarding_playbooks.json and data/gtm/welcome_sequences.json.
