This Skill converts unstructured deal conversations into structured intelligence, scoring, and actionable insights to drive GTM decisions.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Deal Input & Normalization: Accept transcripts, notes, emails, or updates and structure them into a consistent deal model.
  • Deal Scoring & Intelligence: Compute a fit and engagement score and extract people maps, pains, objections, pricing signals, and timeline indicators.
  • Upstream Feedback: Produce explicit recommendations for /gtm-icp, /cmo, and /gtm-content to improve ICP, messaging, and content.
  • Cross-Deal Pattern Analysis: When 3+ deals exist, identify patterns across deals to inform GTM strategy.
  • HubSpot Compatibility: If hubspot data is present, cross-reference deals and enrich context.

Quick Start
