This Skill automates the process of taking meeting transcripts from Granola, organizing them in Notion, extracting action items, and creating proactive follow-ups, reducing manual data entry and ensuring accountability.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Transcript Processing: Creates a new page in Notion for each meeting transcript, extracting key details and action items.
  • Action Item Management: Identifies and lists action items from the transcript, optionally creating them as tasks in a Kanban board.
  • Proactive Follow-ups: Generates reminders, email drafts, or proposals based on meeting outcomes.
  • Use Case: After a client meeting, simply upload the Granola transcript, and the Skill will automatically create a Notion page with all notes, action items assigned to team members, and even draft a follow-up email for review.
