- Artifacts Status: Verifies presence and versions of AGENTS.md and key docs such as docs/knowledge-graph.xml, docs/requirements.xml, docs/technology.xml, and docs/development-plan.xml.
- Codebase Metrics: Counts total source files, files with and without MODULE_CONTRACT, total semantic blocks, and reports unpaired blocks as integrity violations.
- Knowledge Graph Health: Compares modules declared in the knowledge graph with modules found in the codebase and highlights orphaned or missing entries.
