What problem does it solve?

This Skill records a formal capability statement for an agent or system within a bounded context to enable auditable session admission.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Capability declaration: captures scope, measures, and optional metadata so access decisions are traceable.
  • Auditing-ready outputs: writes a YAML declaration to runtime/contexts/<context>/capabilities/<capability_id>.capability.yaml for deterministic diffs.
  • Use Case: when onboarding a new subsystem, declare its capabilities and attach DRR-like measures to support governance audits.

Quick Start

Provide required fields: context, capability_id, title, work_scope, and work_measures to generate a capability declaration.
