What problem does it solve?

This Skill automates the process of converting raw meeting transcripts stored in Google Drive into well-formatted, executive-ready meeting notes within Google Docs.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Automated Transcription Processing: Scans specified Google Drive folders for new meeting subfolders containing transcript files.
  • Intelligent Note Generation: Processes transcript text to create structured meeting notes, including purpose, key takeaways, discussion points, and action items.
  • Google Docs Output: Generates a new Google Doc for each processed meeting in the root Drive folder, titled with the meeting date and name.
  • Duplicate Prevention: Skips processing meetings for which a corresponding Google Doc already exists (unless overwrite is specified).
