What problem does it solve?

Extracts durable insights from temporary EPIC files (temp/) to the Source of Truth (SoT) during EPIC Phase E (Finish). It triggers at EPIC completion or explicit /ghm-harvest invocation and outputs new SoT entries as well as an archive manifest to preserve context.

  • Formats extracted insights into SoT templates and cross-references related IDs.
  • Archives contextual artifacts and generates an archive manifest to support retrospectives and audits.

Quick Start

Invoke the ghm-harvest command at EPIC Phase E completion to extract durable insights from temp/ into SoT and update the archive manifest.
