Quick Start
Use the Plan Backlog skill to generate a sprint-ready backlog by running the following steps:
- Inspect current backlog state: mcp__beads__stats() and mcp__beads__ready()
- Break down epics: create epics and subtasks, then wire dependencies with mcp__beads__dep
- Prioritize and wire: set priorities (0-4) and add dependencies as needed
- Prepare prompts: run /prompt-writer:write for each backlog item
- Output sprint plan: verify prompts exist and present Wave 1 for spawning
