What problem does it solve?

Identify the current status of phases in Ushabti workflows to understand where a phase sits in the overall process.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Aggregate and display each phase's status (planned, building, review, complete) from .ushabti/phases/*/progress.yaml.
  • Count implemented and total steps per phase to show progress density and identify stalls.
