To track open compliance gaps, this Skill reads a local gap-tracker YAML file and reports uncovered items organized by age and materiality. It provides a safe default reporting mode when no specific action flag is provided.

Closing a gap records a resolution note and marks it resolved, while risk acceptance records a rationale and acceptor then updates the status to risk-accepted. The Skill applies deterministic update logic to differentiate these two modes.

You risk-accept a tracked gap by providing its specific ID, which prompts the system to record a risk-acceptance rationale and the acceptor's identity. This updates the gap's status to risk-accepted in the audit trail.

No dependencies are required to manage remediation status. The Skill operates independently by reading and updating your local YAML file to maintain an accurate, auditable view of open and resolved legal gaps.
