This Skill acts as a central coordinator for complex development tasks, ensuring that work is delegated to the right specialists and that the entire process adheres to strict methodologies like TDD. It prevents the AI from performing tasks directly, focusing solely on management and validation.

• Task Orchestration: Manages the entire lifecycle of a development task, from initial analysis to final verification.
