What problem does it solve?

The skill enables recreating and rendering standard forms as digital UIs with JSON-based prefill, reducing manual data entry and layout drift.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Form fidelity: Mirror section ordering and labels; support multi-line notes; preserve checkbox groups and signature/date areas.
  • Prefill behavior: Load filled_form.json and map to UI fields; show confidence indicators; highlight fields needing confirmation.
  • Review UX: Provide side-by-side source text with highlighted spans and the filled field; allow quick accept/edit/mark unknown.
  • Export: Generate a final PDF that matches the standard form layout; store export metadata without PHI in logs.
