What problem does it solve?

This Skill automates the generation of a detailed candidate-company fit report by analyzing a job posting URL and an optional company overview URL to deliver actionable insights.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Parallel analysis: run job-posting-analyzer and about-analyzer in parallel to quickly extract posting details and company context.
  • Reference-driven evaluation: automatically load applicant information and preference data from .claude/skills/fit-check/references/applicant.md and .claude/skills/fit-check/references/preference.md to inform the analysis.
  • HTML report generation: render the results with the result-design design system into a clean HTML report.
  • Output handling: save the final report to output/fit-result-[CompanyName]-YYYY-MM-DD.html for easy archival and sharing.

Quick Start

Use the /fit-check command with a posting URL and an optional company URL to generate a fit report. The skill will fetch references, run agents in parallel, generate the HTML, and store the result in the output directory.
