This Skill automates the drafting of EU Horizon Europe grant narratives (Excellence, Impact, Implementation) and accompanying budget justifications, helping teams produce compliant proposals faster and with consistent UBOS framing.

  • Validate claims and budgeting details to ensure alignment with EU cost rules and governance requirements.

Quick Start

  1. Ensure the repository is available and Python is installed.
  2. Generate a narrative scaffold: python3 scripts/generate_narrative.py --assembly <assembly> --section excellence --project "YourProject" --call "CALL-2025".
  3. Build a budget: python3 scripts/generate_budget.py --assembly <assembly> --total 5000000 --work-packages data/wp_config.json
  4. Validate outputs and view narratives in narratives/ and budget/ folders.
