This skill automates the end-to-end equity research workflow locally, enabling analysts to generate sector overviews, idea generation, comps, DCF, 3-statement models, and initiation reports without manual scripting.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Orchestrates a full, local equity research pipeline across 1) initiation (sector overview, idea generation, comps, DCF, 3-statement) and 2) ongoing monitoring (thesis tracker, catalyst calendar, earnings cycle outputs), storing results under a ticker-specific coverage tree.
• Executes a mix of Node.js and Python scripts (docx/OpenPyXL-based outputs) to produce live documents (.docx) and spreadsheets (.xlsx) with embedded formulas.
• Supports re-running existing work with --skip-existing to avoid overwriting completed artifacts, enabling incremental updates.
