What problem does it solve?

Calculate the AI-readiness score (0-100%) for any project with a project.faf file. The score provides a Podium tier (Trophy/Gold/Silver/Bronze) and identifies strengths, gaps, and an actionable improvement roadmap.

  • Verifies presence of project.faf, executes the faf score, and reports the numeric score, Podium tier, strengths, gaps, and next-tier target.
  • Applies to projects at any maturity level to baseline AI-readiness and guide targeted improvements.
