What problem does it solve?

This skill gathers evidence and context required to plan by scanning cards, ideas, and topics. It supports both a planning workflow (fact-find briefing) and an understanding-only briefing, ensuring you have the right anchors before you proceed.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Discovery mode: When run without a specific topic, scans Business OS for raw ideas, cards in Inbox, and cards in Fact-finding lane, then presents options for the user to select.
  • Outcomes: Planning Fact-Find Brief that feeds directly into /plan-feature, or System Briefing Note that explains current workings.
  • Intake & sufficiency gates: Collects minimum inputs to determine intent and scope before auditing the repository.

Quick Start

Run the fact-find skill to begin discovery and evidence gathering, or provide a topic to seed a Planning Fact-Find Brief.
