This Skill automates the execution and orchestration of planned tasks within the Collab workflow, ensuring work items progress through the execution phase with verified outcomes and real-time status updates.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Spawn and manage Task agents for each work item, ensuring in_progress and completion statuses are recorded.
  • Route execution by item type (task, code, bugfix) to apply the appropriate implementation path including TDD where applicable.
  • Coordinate parallel and dependency-aware execution using a ready queue, topological ordering, and per-wave coordination.
  • Read per-item documents and artifacts to inform action and maintain alignment with the Collab Session design.
