What problem does it solve?

Execute discrete GitHub issues from a detailed implementation plan, ensuring consistent tracking and lifecycle management across tasks.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Load the issue plan from doc/plans/issues/gi_*.md and verify required sections (Summary, Implementation Steps with checkboxes, Acceptance Criteria, Testing)
  • Update issue status through the lifecycle (Draft -> In Progress -> Complete) and propagate changes to module plans
  • Create and manage a TodoWrite-like record to track progress, executing tasks in batches with visibility into batch completion
  • Validate references to target files and dependencies, and surface questions if plan assumptions are unmet
  • After execution, report results and verify acceptance criteria
