What problem does it solve?

Provides an automated, production-grade process to produce executive-level Excel exports from transactional pharmacy systems so that management receives clean, branded, and analysis-ready workbooks instead of raw CSV dumps.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Branding & Visual Identity: Apply corporate colors, header styles, and zebra striping to every workbook for consistent presentation.
  • Contextual Metadata & Layout: Reserve top rows for report title and metadata (branch, user, generation timestamp) with the table beginning on a fixed row.
  • Excel UX & Native Types: Auto-fit columns, enable auto-filters, freeze header panes, format CLP currency, dates, numbers, and present totals with styled summary rows for cash closings, inventory reports, and managerial dashboards.
  • Integration: Designed to be implemented with exceljs in Next.js/TypeScript backends and extendable via a shared ExcelService class.
