What problem does it solve?
This Skill helps you quickly retrieve Turkish electricity consumption data, including real-time consumption, settlement (UECM), and load-plan forecasts, using the eptr2 Python library to answer questions about demand, consumption patterns, and forecasting.

- Real-time & settlement data: Access real-time consumption (rt-cons) and settlement consumption (uecm) with ease.
- Forecast & load plan: Retrieve day-ahead load plans (load-plan) for planning and comparison.

Quick Start
Install the eptr2 package, initialize EPTR2, and call an endpoint, for example eptr.call("rt-cons", start_date="2024-07-29", end_date="2024-07-29").
