Quick Start

Install the Fly.io CLI and login, create and configure the app, set environment secrets, wire up CI/CD, and perform an initial deployment. For example:

  • Install and login: fly auth login
  • Create app and configure regions: fly apps create my-app; edit fly.toml to set primary_region
  • Configure LiteFS and migrations: ensure other/litefs.yml is present and Prisma migrations run on primary
  • Deploy: fly deploy --app my-app
  • Set up Actions workflow: create .github/workflows/deploy.yml to automate deployment
