What problem does it solve?
This Skill enables the orchestrator to detect and report agent progress by analyzing last messages and activity timestamps, driving timely escalation and reallocation decisions.
Core Features & Use Cases
- State-based progress detection: Acknowledged, Active, No Progress, Stale, Unresponsive, Blocked, Complete.
- Escalation sequencing: Enforce a fixed escalation order and automatic reassignment when needed.
- Blocker handling: Create blocker trackers, notify users, and restore context after resolution.
- Progress reporting: Generate agent-state summaries and dashboards to support monitoring.
Quick Start
- Run the detection workflow on an assigned task to determine the current agent state.
- Review the resulting agent-state report and decide whether to send a first reminder, escalate, or trigger reassignment.
- Use the outcomes to guide subsequent actions (reminders, blockers, or completion verification).
