What problem does it solve?

This Skill provides fine-grained control over access to resources by evaluating policies based on attributes of the user, resource, action, and environment, going beyond simple role-based access control.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Attribute-Based Policies: Define access rules using conditions on user roles, resource classifications, time of day, location, etc.
  • 16 Operators: Supports a wide range of comparison operators for flexible policy definition.
  • Combined RBAC+ABAC: Integrates seamlessly with RBAC for layered security.
  • Use Case: Granting access to a document only if the user is in the same department as the document owner AND it's within business hours.

Quick Start

Configure an ABAC policy to allow users to access resources only if their clearance level is greater than or equal to the resource's minimum required clearance.
