What problem does it solve?

This Skill guides software projects from planning to verification by enforcing a TDD-driven lifecycle, reducing drift and ensuring disciplined delivery.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Plan new features: use /plan:create to define tasks and milestones
  • Continue existing work: use /strategy:execute to run defined phases
  • Implement with a TDD cycle: RED → GREEN → REFACTOR for each task
  • Verify completion: run /quality:run-gates (6 gates) or /quality:quick for quick checks
  • Coverage and gates: target 80%+ test coverage and enforce all six quality gates

Quick Start

Create PLAN.md for a new feature with 2-3 tasks, then execute the TDD cycle and run the six quality gates to verify completion.
