What problem does it solve?
Phase 0 focuses on capturing WHAT users need and WHY before coding, establishing a clear, testable intent and a scaffold for AI-assisted review that guides later phases.

- Intent capture: Prompt users to articulate scope, goals, users, and acceptance criteria.
- Structured scaffolding: Generates the .eiffel-workflow structure, including prompts and evidence placeholders.
- Review prompts: Produces an AI-review prompt to surface gaps and ambiguities.
- Handoff artifacts: Produces intent.md and intent-v2.md prototypes for Phase 1 readiness.
Quick Start
Run the /eiffel.intent command with a target project path, for example: /eiffel.intent /path/to/project Follow prompts to describe the project scope, goals, and users Open the generated .eiffel-workflow/intent.md and .eiffel-workflow/evidence/phase0-ai-review.md to review and proceed
