What problem does it solve?

The Skill enforces a four-stage PR quality gate pipeline to prevent defective code from merging into main.

  • Pre-Review gate checks tests, linting, build, and PR description presence
  • Review gate evaluates an eight-dimension quality model and computes a confidence score
  • Pre-Merge gate validates CI status, conflicts, and approval validity
  • Post-Merge gate monitors main branch health, potential regressions, and deployment status
  • Escalation and override policies automate governance when gates fail
  • Integrations with the eia workflow and /eia-run-gate commands

Quick Start

Trigger gate evaluation on a PR using the command sequence:

  • /eia-run-gate pre-review
  • If pre-review passes, /eia-run-gate review
  • Then /eia-run-gate pre-merge
  • Finally /eia-run-gate post-merge after the PR is merged
