What problem does it solve?

The Approval Workflows skill equips the Assistant Manager to surface approval requests from ECOS and other roles, ensuring human-backed decisions are captured and governance rules are enforced.

  • Present approval requests from ECOS and other roles to the user using clear templates
  • Support approvals for Push, Merge, Publish, Security, and Design across Architect, Orchestrator, and Integrator workflows
  • Track decisions with timestamps, update the approval state, and escalate or auto-reject when required
  • Maintain an auditable trail with logs and obligation to comply with user requirements (Rule 14)

Quick Start

Monitor approval requests and present them to the user for a decision, then route the user’s decision back to the requesting role.
