What problem does it solve?
This Skill ensures Definition of Done criteria are validated before a work item is closed, preventing premature closures and reducing post-closure rework.
Core Features & Use Cases
- CHECK phase verifies prerequisites (plans, tests, memory_refs, and docs) exist and are up-to-date.
- VALIDATE phase enforces ADR-033 criteria through automated and ground-truth checks, including machine checks and flags for human judgment.
- APPROVE phase gates closure decisions and returns control to the calling cycle when all criteria pass.
