What problem does it solve?

This Skill creates a Task Breakdown (TASKS) artifact—Layer 11—that decomposes a completed SPEC into AI-structured, executable tasks for implementation planning and execution.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • AI-Structured Tasks: Generates well-scoped tasks with IDs (e.g., TASK-01-003) organized by phases.
  • Traceability: Attaches references to upstream artifacts (BRD/PRD/EARS/… SPEC) for end-to-end traceability.
  • Phase-driven Planning: Produces a clear task hierarchy aligned to the SDD workflow.

Quick Start

Provide the Layer 10 SPEC (SPEC) and request a TASKS breakdown. The output will be a structured, phase-based list of tasks ready for IPLAN and execution planning.
