This skill streamlines project kickoff by coordinating two specialized agents to transform a raw idea or Inbox note into a structured project note, reducing manual planning overhead.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Two-agent workflow: Planning Agent creates the plan file and returns its path, while the Orchestrator coordinates execution.
- Execution phase: After user review, the Execution Agent creates the final project note in 20_Projects and links it to the daily diary.
- Workflow alignment: The plan includes sources, goals, project structure, milestones, success criteria, and clarifying questions.
Quick Start
Provide an Inbox note path or a project idea using /do:kickoff, and I will generate a kickoff plan for review.
