What problem does it solve?

This Skill enables auditable governance of SSOT by maintaining addressable indices and delta progress between upstream truth sets and project SSOT, ensuring changes are traceable and reproducible.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Maintain and synchronize SSOT indices with delta outputs and optional ledgers to provide a single source of truth.
  • Generate machine-readable deltas (ssot.delta.yaml) and apply changes through index-sync tooling to enforce governance gates.
  • Integrate with delivery workflows (/devbooks:delivery) to coordinate governance request_kind=governance routing and brownfield bootstrap initialization when needed.

Quick Start

Create or update the SSOT delta at changes/<change-id>/inputs/ssot.delta.yaml and run scripts/ssot-index-sync.sh to apply it.
