What problem does it solve?

This Skill automates turning user stories into categorized tasks and drives their execution through TDD/PLAN workflows, reducing manual coordination and ensuring consistent delivery.

  • Story-to-task conversion: Analyze user stories and split them into labeled tasks (TDD/E2E/TASK) with TODO.md updates.
  • Workflow orchestration: Select and apply the appropriate workflow (TDD, E2E, or TASK) for each task.

Quick Start

Start a story-driven workflow by prompting Claude Code with your project context, then issue dev:story to generate labeled tasks and trigger dev:developing for implementation. Review the generated TODO.md, and monitor the agent delegation flow to apply the correct workflow to each task.
