Converts a user's existing CV files and preferences into a reusable, branded CV-tailoring skill so they no longer must repeat manual tailoring steps for each job application. It eliminates inconsistent tone, lost variant content, and repetitive reformatting by bundling CV variants, personalised writing standards, and templates into a single importable package.

• Ingest and convert CVs: Reads uploaded .docx, .pdf, .md, and .txt CV variants and converts them to clean markdown while preserving structure.
• Collect personalised configuration: Gathers full name, contact details, domain and compliance context, spelling and tone preferences, banned words, team framing, and target CV length.
• Generate a ready-to-import skill: Produces a cv-tailoring skill folder with populated SKILL.md, cv-variants, and references (writing-standards, templates), then packages it as a .skill file for import; optionally generates cover letters, selection criteria responses, and pitch documents.
