This skill ensures GitHub Copilot agents, prompts, and policies stay in sync across project workspaces using an OpenSpec-driven workflow, reducing manual coordination overhead.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Synchronizes AGENTS.md, prompts, and policy docs to support OpenSpec-driven development.
  • Manages cross-agent coordination (Noctis, Iris, Gladiolus, Prompto, Ignis, Lunafreya) across multiple workflows (new, continue, fast-forward, explore, verify).
  • Provides a lightweight CLI to target a project directory and selectively sync components.

Quick Start

Run the synchronization script to propagate agent definitions, prompts, and docs to your project:

  • python skills/copilot-agents-ff15-openspec-serena-sync/scripts/sync_agents.py --target /path/to/project
