What problem does it solve?
This skill solves the problem of marking a task as completed and archiving it to the Done folder, while ensuring traceability and automatic dashboard updates.

- Completion workflow: Validate task eligibility, apply completion metadata, move to Done, and log the operation.
- Scope of use: Works with tasks in AI_Employee_Vault/Needs_Action and AI_Employee_Vault/Plans; updates the dashboard accordingly.
- Auditability: Maintains original filenames for audit trails and links related plans when archived.
Quick Start
To complete a task, provide the target task filename from Needs_Action or Plans. For example: FILE_20260110_142301_invoice.md. Then confirm completion when prompted if needed.
