What problem does it solve?

This Skill solves the problem of scattered or fragmented Markdown reports by consolidating multiple report files into one comprehensive document and preparing the original files for archival, removing manual copying, ordering, and tracking work from the handoff process.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Inventory and grouping: Scans a specified folder (or a default folder) for .md reports, excludes existing CONSOLIDATED_REPORT.md, and identifies thematic, temporal, or chained relationships between reports.
• Full-content consolidation: Embeds each included report verbatim into a single CONSOLIDATED_REPORT.md with metadata (ISO timestamp, branch, source list) so recipients can understand the full context without the originals.
• Safe archival: After consolidation, moves only the included source reports into an archive folder following existing date-patterns or configured mappings, and leaves CONSOLIDATED_REPORT.md in place.
• Use Case: Prepare a session handoff or send a complete status packet to a technical manager by merging inboxed agent or system reports into one archival-ready document.

Quick Start

Consolidate reports in .claude/reports/current/ and produce CONSOLIDATED_REPORT.md while archiving the processed sources.
