What problem does it solve?
This Skill coordinates the end-to-end collect phase of the LOPS workflow, orchestrating parallel chat processing to turn scattered chat messages into Linear issues ready for triage.

- Load batches of unprocessed chats
- Spawn parallel chat-collector subagents to process each chat
- Aggregate results and loop until no unprocessed chats remain
- Provides completion summary and handling of errors
