What problem does it solve?
This Skill helps leaders identify tasks that drain their energy or fall outside their core competencies, enabling them to delegate effectively and focus on their highest-value activities.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Task Categorization: Assigns tasks to one of four quadrants (Love It/Great At It, Like It/Good At It, Don't Like It/Good At It, Don't Like It/Not Good At It) based on enjoyment and competency.
- Delegation Planning: Identifies tasks in the bottom two quadrants for immediate or prioritized delegation.
