What problem does it solve?

Analyzes physicochemical properties of CDR3 amino acid sequences to understand biochemical characteristics of T-cell receptor repertoires. Performs regression analysis between two cell groups at different CDR3 lengths for each physicochemical feature (hydrophobicity, volume, isoelectric point, etc.).

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Regression analysis across CDR3 properties by length to compare groups (e.g., Treg vs Tconv).
  • Property calculation for eight physicochemical features (length, gravy, bulkiness, polarity, aliphatic, charge, acidic, aromatic).
  • Flexible configuration across single or multi-sample datasets and across TRA/TRB chains.
