It replaces unfocused, ad-hoc idea sessions with a repeatable, structured process that generates many raw ideas, critically evaluates them, and converges on three viable concepts ready for validation. The Skill ensures idea diversity, surface-level risk analysis, and a clear MVP-oriented synthesis so teams can move from vague inspiration to actionable concepts.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Three-agent Trio: Divergent Explorer for broad idea generation, Devil's Advocate for critical challenge, and Synthesizer for converging into three concepts.
• Two operation modes: Cowork team-mode that spawns chained agents, and single-agent mode that runs divergence, challenge, and synthesis sequentially.
• Automated flow: Supports an --auto flag to select Concept #1 and annotate the changelog for unattended runs.
• File-based outputs: Reads project context from brainstorm/00-assessment.md and writes a 1,000–1,500 word brainstorm report to brainstorm/01-brainstorm.md with Divergence, Challenge, and Synthesis sections.
