SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill includes references (resource) components.

What problem does it solve? Writing in a consistent personal or brand voice across channels is hard, and AI-generated copy often defaults to generic tropes. This Skill derives a durable voice profile from real source material so every piece of content sounds like the actual author. ## Core Features & Use Cases - Source-Derived Voice Profiles: Analyzes 5-20 real samples (posts, essays, emails, docs) to extract rhythm, compression, capitalization, claim style, and banned moves into a structured VOICE PROFILE block. - Reusable Output Schema: Produces a standardized profile defined in references/voice-profile-schema.md that downstream skills like content-engine, crosspost, and lead-intelligence can consume directly. - Anti-Generic Guardrails: Enforces hard bans on fake curiosity hooks, LinkedIn thought-leader cadence, bait questions, and other AI writing tropes. - Use Case: A founder wants launch posts, cold emails, and LinkedIn updates that all sound like them. Provide recent posts and essays, and the Skill produces a voice profile reused across every subsequent writing task in the session. ## Quick Start Analyze my recent posts and essays to build a voice profile I can reuse for all my content writing.

FAQPage Schema
How do I create a consistent brand voice for AI writing?▼

Gather 5 to 20 representative samples of real writing such as posts, essays, or emails, then have the Skill extract rhythm, compression, claim style, and banned moves into a structured VOICE PROFILE. That profile is reused across all later writing tasks instead of re-deriving style each time.

What source material works best for building a voice profile?▼

The strongest sources in priority order are recent original posts and threads, then articles, essays, and newsletters, then real outbound emails that worked, then product docs and site copy. Generic platform exemplars should never be used as source material.

Can a voice profile be reused across different channels?▼

Yes, the profile includes channel notes for X, LinkedIn, and email so the same core voice adapts per platform. Downstream skills like content-engine and crosspost consume the profile directly for consistent output.

What writing patterns does the skill ban?▼

Hard bans include fake curiosity hooks, "not X, just Y" constructions, "no fluff", forced lowercase, LinkedIn thought-leader cadence, bait questions, "Excited to share", and generic founder-journey filler. Any of these found in output are deleted and rewritten.

When should I not use a derived voice profile?▼

Avoid it when the source set is too thin or unrepresentative, since a weak profile produces misleading mimicry. Also do not persist personal voice fingerprints into repo-tracked files unless the user explicitly requests a durable artifact.
