What problem does it solve?

Keep a single authoritative, human-readable bootstrap document in sync with repository ground truth so agents and contributors can quickly see iteration state, top tasks, and run history without manual aggregation.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Reads volon.yaml and repository storage settings to locate tasks, logs, and PCC.
  • Scans TASK-*.md files, counts task statuses, extracts top-priority TODOs, and summarizes blockers.
  • Composes and writes .volon/bootstrap.md, optionally archives a per-iteration history file, and validates the presence of the boot pack files required for agent startup.
  • Use case: regenerate the bootstrap summary before launching an agent session or after a batch of task updates to provide an accurate starting state.

Quick Start

Run the bootstrap-update skill with optional iteration and max_tasks_per_run arguments to regenerate .volon/bootstrap.md from repository state.
