What problem does it solve?
This Skill enforces local AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md, pre-commit hooks, and .security/* helpers for backend projects, maintaining Monty's backend taste and ensuring commits are atomic and free of AI signatures.

Quick Start
Run /backend-atomic-commit:pre-commit to actively fix all files in the working tree. For an atomic commit, run /backend-atomic-commit:atomic-commit to enforce all gates and propose a commit message with no AI signatures.
