What problem does it solve?

Automates the diagnosis of AWS resource issues by orchestrating targeted investigations across common AWS services (EC2, RDS, Lambda, ECS, S3, VPC, ALB) using a structured run-investigation workflow.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Orchestrates service-specific investigations via run-investigation.sh for supported types (lambda, rds, ec2, ecs, s3, alb, vpc)
  • Proactively detects issues by running predefined checks and gathering metrics/logs
  • Use Case: Troubleshoot a throttling Lambda or an RDS connection failure by running a guided investigation and reviewing synthesized results

Quick Start

Run /devops:aws-investigate to start an automated AWS resource investigation.
