What problem does it solve?

This Skill automatically files GitHub issues when user frustration or bug reports are detected in the conversation, streamlining bug tracking and feedback collection without manual intervention.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Passive Monitoring: Continuously scans conversations for explicit and implicit signals of user dissatisfaction or reported bugs.
  • Automated Issue Filing: Classifies issues into categories ([core], [science], [ux]) and formats them according to a predefined structure.
  • Permission-Based: Only files issues if the user has explicitly granted permission via project_config.md.
  • Use Case: If a user repeatedly expresses confusion about a command's output, this skill will automatically create a [ux] issue in the GitHub repository to track the usability problem.

Quick Start

Use the auto-issue skill to automatically file a GitHub issue if a bug is detected in the conversation.
