• Knowledge Organization: Structure project knowledge (decisions, constraints, patterns) into a retrievable "Memory" system for Claude.
• Decision Matrix: Evaluate new discoveries against a scoring matrix to determine their value and whether they should be added to permanent Memory.

Quick Start

1. Bootstrap: Start by listing 3-5 key project decisions.
2. Score: Use the decision matrix to see if they're worth documenting (3+ "yes" criteria).
3. Structure: Choose a file organization pattern (e.g., CLAUDE.md for routing, context/conventions.md for content).
4. Create: Write your initial Memory files, applying density and delta principles.
5. Add inbox: Create inbox.md to capture future discoveries for later promotion.
