What problem does it solve?

This Skill detects when a session's work appears ready for archiving after a PR is merged or a milestone is completed, and softly prompts you to archive. It helps teams keep active work focused while preserving a clean, organized history.

  • Session state awareness: Evaluates merged PR status and session notes to determine completion.
  • Non-intrusive prompts: Suggests running /archive-session only after confirmation; does not archive automatically.
  • Workflow hygiene: Helps maintain an organized session archive for future reference.

Quick Start

After a PR merge, the Skill checks the session and suggests archiving:

"PR merged successfully. This session's work looks complete - want me to archive it? Run /archive-session to move completed work to the archive."
