This Skill streamlines the process of managing project stories by archiving completed work and preparing the Product Requirements Document (PRD) for a new cycle, preventing clutter and preserving historical data.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Archive Snapshot: Creates a complete, timestamped backup of the current PRD state, including all stories and progress logs.
  • Cleanup Completed: Removes stories marked as completed (passes=true) from the active PRD.
  • Reset PRD: Resets the PRD's statistics and story order to reflect only pending and blocked items.
  • Use Case: At the end of a sprint, use this Skill to archive all completed user stories and bug fixes, then reset the PRD so the team can focus on the remaining work for the next sprint.
