What problem does it solve?

在一个项目中，需要一个统一、可追踪的 UI 概念产物，先通过低保真线框图确认信息架构与屏幕覆盖，再按 design_tokens.json 进行着色，最终产出整项目 UI 的单一视觉真相源，所有任务级 ui.md 均引用与定位屏幕范围。
